  • Led SIEM/APM migrations (Elastic, Splunk, AppDynamics) for Fortune 25 clients; maintained continuous alerting coverage and incident workflows across all cutovers.
  • Spearheaded migration of a high-traffic mobile application; delivered post-cutover dashboards that improved detection visibility and SRE response times.
  • Resolved log pipeline and forwarder outages during live incidents via agent-level root-cause analysis; fully restored end-to-end log delivery.
  • Built Dynatrace-to-ServiceNow incident automation (JavaScript/Jinja2): standardized field mapping for impact, CI, categorization, and routing across client teams, enriching with lookups and saving costs on query usage.
  • Authored Terraform modules to manage Dynatrace tenant configurations as code (pipelines, workflows, dashboards) across multiple environments, enabling reproducible deployments and version-controlled change management for Fortune 25 clients.
